BEFORE SCHOOL SUPERVISION
The Before School Program is offered as a convenience for parents who need to get
to work early. Between 7:00 am -7:40 am, children will be supervised for a cost of
$2.00 per child per day. Our insurance policy requires that parents sign in their
children; please do not drop off your child in the church parking lot and leave without notifying
the staff.
Normal drop off time for students is between 7:40 am and 7:50 am. Please follow the
procedures for drop off and pick up as directed by the car pool parents. These procedures
are in place for the safety of the children.
It is very important that all students be on line when the 8:00 am bell rings. Please
get your child into the habit of being on time. It is disruptive to the rest of the
class if students are tardy. Also, we do not want any student to miss out on Non-Uniform (formerly known as Free Dress) days because of tardiness.
Students who arrive at 8:05 am or later are considered tardy. Parents must send a
note with their child explaining the reason for the tardiness. The child will go
directly to the of office to receive a tardy slip so that he/she can be admitted
to class.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (ASP)
ASP will begin the first day of school (September 5th). Sign-ups will take place at
noon. Supervision for students ends fifteen minutes after the final bell. For the
safety of the children, students who have not been picked up by that time will be
signed into the ASP. Daily rates will be applied.
