Admissions
The following items are required for admission to Incarnation Parish School:
- A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 per child must be paid when the application is submitted
- Checks are to be made payable to Incarnation School
- INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- MUST BE 5 YEARS OF AGE BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2010
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Immunization Record
- Preschool records / reports (if applicable)
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Immunization Record
- Transcripts including previous report cards and Standardized Test Scores (i.e. CTBS, ITBS, Stanford Achievement Test, etc)
- See "Release and Confidential Report Form"
- Applications must be on file in the school office before a testing date is arranged
- Grades Kindergarten & 1st - Testing by appointment
- Grades 2nd - 8th February 20, 2010 (Saturday) 9:00 am - 11:00 am
- $50.00 testing fee per student
