Msgr. Eugene Frilot
Pastor Emeritus

Monsignor Frilot is a Los Angeles native, attending St. Brigid School and St.John's Seminary. His parish assignments were St. Emydius, Lynwood; San Antonio de Padua, L.A.; St. Bartholomew, Long Beach; Visitation and St. Michael, L.A.; and San Fernando Mission (as administrator). Monsignor's ties to Glendale go back to the 60's when he was an associate pastor at Holy Family in Glendale. He was named chaplain to his holiness (monsignor) in 1974 and prelate of honor 1978. He served for 11 years as procurator for St. John's Seminary. Monsignor then became pastor of Incarnation in 1986, serving until he retired in 1999. He has chosen to stay with us as Pastor Emeritus and honors us with his continuing ministry. Here are a selection of his writings and favorite articles. More about Monsignor Frilot.
