Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Christmas is by far the most celebrated of our feast days in the church calendar. However, Easter Sunday is the most significant celebration of the entire year. After all, Jesus came into our world to save us from our sins and to bring us new life through his resurrection. The empty tomb makes our salvation possible.
St. Paul, in his Letter to the Romans, says: "Are you unaware that we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were indeed buried with him through baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might live in newness of life."
May this Easter season bring to you and your loved ones a renewed sense of the life we share in our risen Lord. May others witness his powerful presence within us.
Easter Joy!

INCARNATION PARISH CAPITAL CAMPAIGN "Completing the Dream"
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
It is with great excitement and anticipation for success that I speak to you about a very important topic. The kickoff of our "Completing the Dream" Campaign. It is has been a long eight years since we met with all parish members. After 70% of you agreed that a there was a definite need for more : and better facilities, we embarked on a project to build a New Parish Center. . As time passed, and with good fortune, we acquired the property across the street. Because of this, you are all owners of what is now known as the "Incarnation Community Center." Of course there were many pros and cons considered before making the decision to purchase versus building, but in the end the decision to buy has proven to be a great success.
The Community Center is already meeting the needs of our growing parish. We have started a very successful Preschool. We have also met nine of our original ten proposed needs:

  • A much needed Large Social HaIl.
  • Much needed Meeting Space for clubs and social groups .
  • Ample Space for our Religious Educational Programs.
  • A spacious Stage for Concerts. "Remember Fr. Paul's Farewell Bash."
  • Meeting accommodations for our Youth Ministries.
  • A fully Equipped Large Modem Kitchen.
  • Room for a Multi-Purpose Center and Expanded Parish Library.
  • Restrooms with handicapped access and
  • Easily Accessible Storage for all our ministries.

If you have not been over to your new facility please take some time and do so. Our target date for "Completing the Dream" is 2013. At this time we have a $2.7 million debt remaining to be paid. The good news is that more than 1300 parishioners have made a contribution of some kind over the last few years. And we very much appreciate your sacrifice. Since 2002 we have completed $4.4 million of the total $7.1 million cost of our new Community Center. This building campaign is really about "Equal Sacrifice Not Equal Amount." We thank all of you who have pledged in the past and ask you to prayerfully consider supporting our final campaign. Moving forward, in an effort to include every member of our parish, starting September 25/26, we will initiate a second collection earmarking those donations for the debt reduction campaign. The second collection will occur on the 2nd. and 4th Sundays. On every 3rd. Sunday we will provide an update of our progress. Please consider the great legacy of all who came before us and what they have provided, and commit to doing whatever you can for those who will come after us. Beginning September 25/26 specially marked envelopes will be in the pews for making this special donation.
In closing I simply want to say that I feel very fortunate to be part of a parish where so much has been done toward a greater future. Will you help us "Complete our Dream" to make Christ even more visible within and to our community?
-Fr. Larry Neumeier, Administrator Pro Tem
