Parent Teacher Organization Board
All parents, guardians and teachers are members of the Parent Teacher Organization. This group supports the school through fundraising, volunteer services, advising the pastor and principal, and assisting the staff and students in a variety of capacities. A ten member executive board is elected by the member body each Spring. Members of the executive board serve a term of two years with no more than four years of consecutive service. The executive board meets with the school administration and a teacher representative one evening each month. The PTO Board is an advisory body. It does not make decisions regarding hiring / firing of staff or curriculum.
"My name is Nick Harris. My wife, Anne, and I have been parishioners since 1998. We have two children, out of three, attending Incarnation. Our son, Nicholas, is in 7th grade. Our daughter, Reagan, is in 3rd grade. My main focus on the PTO board will be athletics. I hope to assist our talented coach's field competitive teams and help our student-athletes succeed on and off the field. Go Eagles!! If you would like to contact me, my email is: hockey_player@sbcglobal.net . Thank you."
"My name is Felipe (Phil) Le Franc Sr, here to serve you with safety issues, fundraising and any other concerns. My beautiful wife, Ligia and I have lived in Glendale for 10 years. Candice Marie (4th Grade) was born here in 2001. My background after graduating from University of San Francisco, is almost all in insurance, real estate and direct sales. I'm currently semi retired and working my own hours with a local law firm in the area of Wills and Trusts Paralegal. Ligia does not work outside the home and has a background as instructor in cake decorating, baking and pastry. Our family hobby is traveling. Both Ligia and I appreciate and love the Parish for the wonderful and complete education they provide all our children. A significant number of the 8th grade 2010 graduating class was accepted by the Catholic High Schools of their choice with many scholarship offers. We feel strongly that we want to give back by serving the children, parents, teachers and parish. I pray that you all feel the same way as you get to know each other and rally behind our leaders Father Larry and Olivia Carrillo. Together in Christ we can accomplish anything." e-mail: lefrancs@pacbell.net

"My name is Mark Richardson and I am honored to be serving on the Incarnation School PTO board for my second year, this year as board president. I have been a parishioner of Incarnation since 1989. Along with my wife Lisa, we are the proud parents of Brynne who will be entering the third grade this upcoming year. We are proponents of a Catholic Education and I personally am a product of one -having attended Our Lady of Lourdes in Northridge for eight years followed by four years at Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino. I do not see Parent involvement as a requirement each family has to fulfill, but an obligation to your child and/or children. The main difference between INCA and other private (Catholic and other) and public schools, is the parents' commitment to the educational process. Every hour you donate not only affects your child, but all of the other children in his or her class and quite possibly the entire student body. Let's make 2010-2011 a great school year and have some fun in the process. If you would like to find out how to better serve the school or want to offer any assistance or just have a question for the PTO board, please contact one of the members or myself. My email address is mcrichardson@cbbank.com.

Mrs.Olivia Carrillo: "Incarnation would not be the school it is without the dedication and active involvement of the parents. Our parents volunteer in classrooms, help with fundraising events, and work behind the scenes to support our school. I am grateful to the members of the PTO board for their commitment and dedication to serving our school". ocarrillo@incaschool.org
