Incarnation School Parent Teacher Organization Board
All parents, guardians and teachers are members of the Parent Teacher Organization. This group supports the school through fundraising, volunteer services, advising the pastor and principal, and assisting the staff and students in a variety of capacities. A ten member executive board is elected by the member body each Spring. Members of the executive board serve a term of two years with no more than four years of consecutive service. The executive board meets with the school administration and a teacher representative one evening each month. The PTO Board is an advisory body. It does not make decisions regarding hiring / firing of staff or curriculum.

Greg Dumansky - Board President
My name is Greg Dumansky and I have been married to my beautiful wife Lisa for 16 years. We have both lived in Glendale since 1974 and known each other since high school. We have two loving children, our daughter Juliana who is in the 7th grade and our son Michael, who is in 2nd. Our children both love attending Incarnation School and wake up every school day excited about what new adventure God has planned for them. That is how Lisa and I feel about being involved in the school activities. We are excited to be a part of a great school community and grateful to be part of our children's education. That is what sets INCA School apart from the others, that sense of community, parent/teacher involvement. It is critical that every parent become involved in their children's education. That is why I decided to be on the PTO board and dedicate the next few years to helping the children, becoming involved with the teachers & parents and improving the school as much as possible. I really feel that being on the PTO board is a privilege and I am glad to be on it. I would like to extend a cordial welcome to all of the new families and look forward to meeting and working with all of you. On a personal note, I enjoy playing volleyball (coached the Inca Girls B Team in 2005), baseball (coach in Jewel City-JWV League), traveling, speak fluent Russian and Spanish, good food and love to be on vacation with the family. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Angie Gonzalez - Parent Involvement
My name is Angie Gonzalez and I have been married to my husband Luis for the past 15 years. We have two boys who attend Incarnation School. Nicholas is in the 7th grade and Matthew is in the 5th grade. I hold the position of Parent Involvement on the PTO Board. This is my third year as a staff member at the school. I look forward to a new school year and working with your children. This is the 9th academic year for my children, I have been actively involved in their schools. Before Inca, they attended a Catholic school in Florida for 6 years and I served as a T.A., Home Room Parent and PTO Treasurer throughout that time. I truly believe being active and involved in your child's life is a positive influence and is a true reflection of the person they will become in life. On a personal note, I enjoy cheering my son Nicholas at his sports events and applauding my son Matthew at his acting performances. I also enjoy reading and spending time with my entire family.

Juliette Mendoza - Fundraising
Hello, my name is Juliet Mazza Mendoza. My husband, Carlo, and I have been married for 10 years and we have 3 children. Matteo is in third grade at Incarnation and Mila is in 1st grade. Our baby, Massimo is two years old. In addition to being a Mommy, I have a Marketing business that I have enjoyed growing over the last few years. We feel very blessed to be part of such a wonderful Faith community and I am happy to serve in the area of Fundraising. The school provides a wonderful environment for our kids and embraces the Catholic philosophy of a private education at a reasonable price for all types of families. While this is an ideal we can all be proud of, in order to improve our facility, add new programs such as Music, Spanish or improved Athletic programs, we need additional funds. There is a lot to do and much we can accomplish through creative fund raising. So, that's why I am here and I look forward to having a lot of fun raising a lot of money for the school and our kids this year! On a personal note, I love tennis, foreign movies, cooking and great Italian food and wine.

Georgette and I know how important it is to be involved in our children's education and well as our faith community. I believe the children who are given a chance will do us all proud. What I know for sure is, that great and miraculous things happen when people come together with an intention to create hope and opportunity.

Phil Le Franc - Maintenance/Safety
My name is Felipe (Phil) Le Franc Sr, here to serve you with safety issues, fundraising and any other concerns. My beautiful wife, Ligia and I have lived in Glendale for about 8 years. Candice Marie (1st Grade) was born here in 2001. My background after graduating from University of San Francisco, is almost all in insurance, real estate and direct sales. I'm currently semi retired and working my own hours with a local law firm in the area of Wills and Trusts Paralegal. Ligia does not work outside the home and has a background as instructor in cake decorating, baking and pastry. Our family hobby is traveling. This summer we went to Nicaragua for one month. Both Ligia and I appreciate and love the Parish for the wonderful and complete education they provide all our children. A significant number of the 8th grade 2007 graduating class was accepted by the Catholic High Schools of their choice with many scholarship offers. We feel strongly that we want to give back by serving the children, parents, teachers and parish. I pray that you all feel the same way as you get to know each other and rally behind our leaders Father Paul and Olivia Carrillo. Together in Christ we can accomplish anything.

Pastor - Father Paul J. Hruby
Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Our mission statement is descriptive of the mission and ministry of our Lord, Jesus Christ and also exemplifies our role as his Body. Is is:"One Body: Blessed, Broken, Given".

Jesus is BLESSED; that is, set apart by the father and sent for the salvation of the world. We too have been set apart and sent to teach, to baptize, and to make disciples (Mt: 28:19).

Jesus is BROKEN; his life given to us in self-donation, never more evident is when his Body hangs upon the cross. We are broken by human sinfulness and selfish longings yet find redemption by our Savior's sacrifice on the cross.

Jesus is GIVEN; he gives to us all that he is so that we may live in him and he in us. Filled with God's Spirit we give our lives in loving service by making God's kingdom visible here on earth.

Our parish has established goals in making the kingdom of God a reality here in Incarnation through:

These will continue to be the main agenda for our parish school.

Peace and Love,

Rev.Paul J. Hruby

Principal - Ms. Olivia Carrillo
Incarnation would not be the school it is without the dedication and active involvement of the parents. Our parents volunteer in classrooms, help with fundraising events, and work behind the scenes to support our school. I am grateful to the members of the PTO board for their commitment and dedication to serving our school.

Communication between the home and Incarnation School is key to the students' success. Please call or send an e-mail if you have any questions. Direct communication is always best, since things get lost in the translation. The office staff, the teachers, the PTO Board members, Fr. Paul and the principal are all very willing to answer questions, set up meetings with you, or be helpful in any way possible. So please do not hesitate to contact us.
